Supports the general charitable mission of Professional Med Team, Inc.

For capital improvements and/or equipment for the provision and/or support of Critical Care.

To aid and promote the charitable purposes of Mercy Hospital.

To build and operate a residence to serve Harbor Hospice patients and their families.

Promotes and supports lung and respiratory health education in the Muskegon region.

To further carry out the charitable purposes of Hackley Hospital.

To further the development of Hackley Hospital.

Provides for the prevention, identification and treatment of mental health problems of children and adolescents of Muskegon County.

Supports the hospital mission through further nursing staff education.
