The Busker Family Scholarship is a competitive award to support adult students studying science, technology, engineering, math, teaching, nursing, accounting, or trade and vocational skills. Bill and Barbara Busker, “…believe that by completing your education, you’ll be able to improve your economic well-being and the well-being of your community. Education should never end.”

The Busker family hopes that by returning to education, adult students will not only improve their lives but also make a positive impact on their community. They also believe in the importance of giving back early and making it a lifelong habit. In the spirit of paying it forward, they hope scholarship recipients will support other students by contributing to the Community Foundation for Muskegon County and this scholarship fund.
